Middle Level Course Program (2 Years)

This program offers the basics of supervision so that in the future you can become a supervisor when working in the tourism industry. There are 3 semesters of practical theory and one semester of on the job training.

Subjects taught include:

  • Hotel Supervision.
  • English for Tourism
  • English according to major (English for special Purpose)
  • Cruise Knowledge (knowledge about cruise ships)
  • Attitude and Professionalism Training (development of attitude, mentality and professionalism)
  • Entrepreneurship
  • Materials and practices according to the major

  • Diploma II  Food and Beverage Division

This program is conducted for 2 years (18 months of theoretical plus practical lectures and 6 months of on the job training at a star hotel), students learn the best skills and knowledge needed by guests, such as good communication with a minimum of 2 languages, problem solving, maintenance, and serving food and beverages according to industry standards.

This Food and Beverage Service study program is learning how to serve food and beverages. Students are given practical experience with adequate equipment and facilities (hotels and cruise ships). The students also are taught about management, when they graduate, they can immediately apply to the cruise industry, hotels, resorts, with high self-confidence.

  • Diploma II Room Division

This program is conducted for 2 years (18 months of theoretical plus practical lectures and 6 months of on the job training at a star hotel), students learn the best skills and knowledge needed by guests, such as good communication with a minimum of 2 languages, problem solving, maintenance, and ensuring environmental comfort with industry standard tools such as VHP System, property management applications

The Hotel Accommodation program is a combination of housekeeping and front office that equips students with knowledge and skills such as front desk, reservation, bell captain, room attendant, and housekeeping supervisor.

Within the 2-year period, students are immersed in theory and practice. Bali International provides a VHP (Visual Hotel Program) for on-campus practice, which is often used by international hotels. In addition, you will use standard tourism equipment such as mockup rooms, galleys, brushing machines. After completing this program, you are ready to work on a cruise ship, or hotel.

  • Diploma II Hotel Division

The room division program is an in-depth education on the guest service functions related to the room inventory of an accommodation business.

So, here you will learn how service quality and service recovery principles support all aspects of accommodation management. Starting from guest reservation to reception/arrival, housekeeping and maintenance services, guest safety and security, to guest departure.

Thus, it can be concluded that the rooms division is a very important process of the overall work of an accommodation. More precisely, this room division acts as the first point of contact between hotel guests and staff. In addition, this division also contributes significantly to the overall profit and revenue of the accommodation.
